U2 a Glastonbury nel 2011?

Arriva direttamente da U2.com una news secondo cui ci sarebbe la possibilità di vedere gli U2 sul palco del Festival di Glastonbury nel 2011!

Ricordiamo che quest'anno gli U2 furono impossibilitati ad esibirsi al famoso festival per via dell'infortunio alla schiena di Bono. I Muse, però, invitarono The Edge sul palco per suonare insieme la celebre canzone della band irlandese "Where the streets have no name".

Glastonbury's Michael Eavis has said he'd like U2 to play in 2011 after they missed their slot at Worthy Farm this past June.

Looking at the tour dates - there is a gap in the band's schedule between the Baltimore show on June 22nd and East Lansing show on June 26th which would make the Friday night a possibility.

The most Paul McGuinness would say was, 'We're certainly excited about our plans for next year. Watch this space!'
